Our scientific article titled "Revealing Tourist Satisfaction and Its Influencing Dimensions—The Context of IKN Destination" has just been published in the Journal of Infrastructure in 2025 (vol. 1, no. 1, pp. 48–81). It is a great opportunity to contribute and participate in the Journal of Infrastructure. Both editors and reviewers have the dedication, care, and responsibility to provide constructive comments and directions to improve the quality of the article. The review process is conducted effectively without compromising academic standards. Once again, the authors would like to thank all those who contributed to support the publication. It has been a great experience for us. 

My personal experience with the journal was generally very positive. It was a good opportunity for networking and communication with other scholars and researchers. 

The publishing experience with EIVX was overall very positive. The process was handled in a clear, structured, and efficient manner, which I greatly appreciated as an academic managing multiple responsibilities. From initial submission to final PDF confirmation, each stage was communicated effectively and completed within a reasonable timeline. What stood out was the professionalism and responsiveness of the editorial team, who were approachable and quick to address any queries I had along the way. The workflow was streamlined and transparent, which made the entire process less stressful and more manageable.

I also appreciate that the journal values author input and provides opportunities for feedback before finalizing the manuscript for publication. This reflects a thoughtful and inclusive approach to academic publishing. I would certainly consider EIVX for future submissions and would recommend the platform to other researchers looking for a reliable and supportive publishing process—particularly those working in environmental and public health disciplines.
